Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars? I could really use a wish right now.

I only love Hayley Williams lines in that song. I hate the rest of it.

So yeah. I could really use a wish right now. I know it sounds selfish, but I’d wish to get that part on Skins. Because it’s always been my dream to be on it ever since I first saw it. I know everyone would probably say this in my situation, but the fame and the money don’t matter to me even slightly. Honestly, I’d do it for free, and if I got it, everyone would forget me as soon as I left the show anyway. I want to be on it because that show is one of my favourite things ever, and its so lovely for teenagers to watch that and see that all the problems that they’re going through are normal and lots of other people go through them too!!

It makes you feel less lonely. And I think I need that right now.

Also, I was thinking about some new story ideas for my other blog(http://bluescarfblogging.wordpress.com/), and I have some ones that I’d really love to write, and I think one of them would be pretty short and self-contained and easy, but the other would be massive and difficult to get right, and I hate to say it, but knowing me I’d probably lose interest in it. And also I want to do a sci-fi one that is set in the same universe as Doctor Who involving a character who is a bit like the Doctor, and seems to have met him once in the past, not that it’d contain any overt Doctor Who references, it’d just be a bit of a fanboy thing… but is that too fanboyish? I don’t know… I’ll have a think… also I was thinking that we haven’t caught up with those superheroes, Luke, Elle, Simon and Jenny for a while have we?!

I know exactly what they’re going to be up to when I write the next part of their adventure… when we left off Luke was dead, Elle had lost all her memories, and Simon and Jenny were left behind in the aftermath of an attack on an airport… well, for any of you who are fans of that series, I’ll just throw out a few teasers for if I decide to write it:

1. There will be at least 3 new characters with powers, and 1 who I haven’t decided on yet. Two of them are teenagers, one is an old man, and one is the father of another character. Also one of them will be called ‘The Narrator’.

2. We will explore Luke’s family a bit more this time, and there might be a brief appearance or two from his brother.

3. It will be set partially in London, and partially in Kansas.

4. It will be written all in one block, and then separated into episodes later.

5. “It’s like when you wake up from a dream. When you’re asleep it all seems to clear and real, but when you wake up you can’t even remember it anymore. But I know there was something there… I think…” Will be a line spoken by a certain character.

6. We’ll get more details on how personality affects powers, and how powers are passed on between generations. (There’s already a brief reference that Luke’s brother has a power, and this will be expanded on…)

Obviously though, I do rely on user input for a lot of my inspiration, so none of that is concrete, and if you guys have any ideas, feel free to suggest them!!

Oh, and I decided today that if I decide to write a second series of Madmen, we’re gonna see Matt’s return, Tyson’s family, and Ruby’s gonna have a new boyfriend!

Anyway, that was a huge self-refential speel which probably meant very little to a lot of you. But it has kind of cheered me up, which is always good.

If you’ve been reading these, you’ll know that I’ve been feeling a bit down in the dumps at the moment, and I don’t see that going away any time soon, so cheering myself up is definitely good!

Oh, and random question, if you could make a wish right now, what would you wish for?

Jack out.
